HAKUBA ADDS EXCITING PRODUCTS TO NEW LINE OF DIGITAL ACCESSORIES
PMA, ORLANDO, FL -- HAKUBA BOOTH #3412 (February 24, 2002) -- New high resolution, affordable digital cameras have sparked a revolution in digital photography. Hakuba USA is leading the way with the introduction of its new "Digital Series" line of accessories and products. i-pod
Striving to meet the expanding needs of the digital market, Hakuba has introduced a lightweight "i-pod". The i-pod features a unique clear design, which is available in vibrant green, orange, red, blue and purple hues. In addition, the detachable legs conveniently store inside the handle. Weighing only 2.6 ounces, Hakuba's i-pod includes an adjustable ball socket head that can hold a maximum of 1.3 pounds. Its folded length is 4.5 inches, and it extends to a maximum height of 7.8 inches.

e-pods (*New to the Digital Line)
The multi-purpose e-pods are minipods that are available in blue, green, dark gray, red and orange. Weighing only 3.2 ounces, this product includes unique features such as, a matching wrist strap, a two-way Pan/Tilt Head with Quick Release and folding, hideaway legs. Its folded length is 4.92 inches, and it is able to reach a maximum height of 7.84 inches. It is ideal for digital camcorders or cameras.

Digital Compact Tripods and Table Pods (*New to the Digital Line)
These new products are lightweight, portable and versatile. The star of the line is Hakuba's Dual Function Table Pod (H-MS10SG). Offering a design that is exclusive to Hakuba, the Dual Function Table Pod easily converts from a compact table pod to a single-leg monopod. It can also be used as a steady chest pod.
Collapsed, the table pod is 9.8 inches and weighs a little more than one pound. Its height is 4 3/4 inches, however, it can be extended to 56 inches. Available in blue, green, red and champagne gold.

The Second Generation Digital Media Storage Hard Case

The Digital Media Storage Case (in new vibrant colors and sizes)
Hakuba has rolled out a second style of the Digital Media Storage Case to offer multi-faceted carrying solutions. The case is constructed of strong polypropylene and boasts a light blue exterior. The interior features colorful rubber compartments that can be easily pulled out to allow for storage of a PCMCIA adaptor card.
The large case includes a free rubber insert for PCMCIA adaptor card storage. The interior compartments are also individually color coded and sized for Smart Media (green), Memory Sticks (red) or Compact Flash (yellow) and Secure Media (purple).
