TRIPOD REPAIRS

If your tripod has minor damage (EX. a broken lever or broken handle) we may be able to send you the part(s) directly. Please call or send an EMAIL to confirm this with our repair department.

If your tripod has major damage (EX. the leg has fallen out) you will need to send the tripod in for repair. Please call or send an EMAIL to confirm this with our repair department.

In your email please include the following information:

1. Tripod model number
    - This will be printed on one of the legs
2. Pan-Head number
    - This may not be specified
3. Date of purchase
4. Detailed description of the problem

QUICK RELEASE PLATES

The quick release plate is the top piece on your tripod that screws into the bottom of your camera or camcorder and then slides into the top of
the tripod or pinhead.
