Warranty Information
We here at HAKUBA USA, INC. stand behind the products that we sell
and manufacture. If there are any problems with our product, please
contact us so that we may service your product.
WHERE IMPROPER USE, REPAIR OR ALTERATION OF
HAKBUA OR VELBON PRODUCTS IS DETERMINED, THE
WARRANTY WILL BE VOID.
TRIPODS
HAKUBA will repair of replace any defective part, which may develop
under normal and proper use. Please send your tripod with a check or
money order for $10.00, to cover return shipping and handling, along
with the following information:
1. Receipt or Proof of Purchase
2. Description of the problem
3. Return address information
Please see the Tripod Warranty Chart to see if your tripod is under
warranty. If your tripod is no longer under warranty, please go to the
page detailing tripod repairs.
ALUMINUM CASES
Hakuba Aluminum Cases are warranted to the original purchaser to be
free from defect in workmanship and material under normal and proper
use with-in a one (1) year period from date of purchase. Please send
your aluminum case with a check or money order for $10.00, to cover
return shipping and handling, along with the following information:
1. Receipt or Proof of Purchase
2. Description of the problem
3. Return address information
CAMERA ACCESSORIES
Hakuba Camera Accessories are warranted to the original purchaser to
be free from defect in workmanship and material under normal and
proper use with-in a 90-day period from date of purchase. Please send
your accessory with a check or money order for $5.00, to cover return
shipping and handling along with the following information:
1. Receipt or Proof of Purchase
2. Description of the problem
3. Return address information
PROFESSIONAL SERIES CAMERA BAGS
Hakuba Professional Series Camera Bags and Cases are warranted to the
original purchaser to be free from defect in workmanship and material
under normal and proper use with-in a five (5) year period from date of
purchase. Please send your camera bag with a check or money order for
$5.00, to cover return shipping and handling, along with the following

Hakuba Lightviewers are warranted to the original purchaser to be free
from defect in workmanship under normal and proper use with-in a 90
day period from date of purchase.
